Food Club Dill Pickle Chicken Salad

A zesty take on the traditional chicken salad. Try this tangy recipe for a quick dinner any night of the week or as an appetizer for gatherings.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup whole milk greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 (12.5 oz.) cans chunk white chicken breast, drained
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish
- 1 Tbsp pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions:
- Combine yogurt and mayonnaise in large bowl until smooth. Add chicken, pickles, red onion, celery, dill, pickle juice, and salt and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes. Garnish with additional chopped pickles and dill. Serve and enjoy
*Tip: Serve chicken salad on its own, in a sandwich, or wrapped in lettuce leaves.
